Tickets for the event at Les Palmeres starting at 9:30 p.m., are now on sale
Anémona celebrates its traditional summer solidarity dinner on July 13
Anémona, a self-help group for women with breast cancer, will hold its traditional solidarity dinner on Saturday, July 13, starting at 9:30 p.m. at the Les Palmeres farm. Tickets for the event are now on sale at the organization's headquarters, at 14 La Biga Street, as reported today by the Councilor for Equality, Ángela Zaragozí, and the president of Anémona, María Botella, at a press conference.
Zaragozí has highlighted “the support” that “every year the City Council gives to Anémona” at this dinner, “one of the main events they carry out throughout the year” to raise funds for the operation of the entity.
The president of Anémona has thanked this support and has invited citizens to accompany Anémona at this solidarity dinner and spend “a great night.” Botella has hoped to “equal last year's number of attendees, which would be good because it is a lot of effort.” Around 600 people attended the last edition of the dinner.
People interested in obtaining their ticket can go to the entity's headquarters from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. or purchase it through one of the numerous members of the association. The ticket price -50 euros- includes the raffle in which each attendee will participate with their ticket number.
The councillor has encouraged “everyone to participate and buy their ticket because it is a great party of coexistence in which a good cause is helped and in which there will be many surprises.”
