La Barqueta Cultural and Recreational Association inaugurated a photographic exhibition yesterday at its headquarters on Tomás Ortuño Street dedicated to the Alba procession over the years in the city. The exhibition, comprised of numerous allusive images, is part of the events planned to commemorate the 285th anniversary of the discovery of Benidorm's patroness saint, which will be celebrated next Sunday, the 16th.
The exhibition opening was attended by several members of the local council, led by the Councilor for Festivals, Mariló Cebreros, as well as the queens of the Festes Majors Patronals, Paula Pascual and Aitana Pérez, and their courts of honor.
