72 students of Primary finish the course of Summer Educational Support Program
The classes, of two hours daily, have been developed in Leonor Canalejas school
A total of 72 primary students have participated during the months of July and August in the Summer Educational Support Program organized by the Department of Education, which has been developed in the public school Leonor Canalejas, and for which six work groups were created : one per course.
The mayor, Toni Pérez, has attended today the closing ceremony of the program, in which participants have received a diploma for attending classes, which have been held from Monday to Friday from July 5. In the two hours of daily classes, students in each course have reinforced curriculum subjects - Mathematics, Spanish, Valencian and English - and have worked on study techniques, attention games and verbal and mathematical reasoning.
The Department of Education has awarded 100% of the assistance to the program to a total of 16 students.
