Benidorm organizes the ‘Easter School’ to facilitate work-life balance during Easter holidays

Benidorm will host another edition of its ‘Easter School’ this year to facilitate work-life balance for families during the Easter school holidays. This was announced on Tuesday by the Councilor for Education, Maite Moreno, who explained that this school, promoted by the Federation of Parents' Associations (FAMPA Marina Baixa) in collaboration with the Benidorm City Council, will take place on April 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13.

This year, the chosen centre for this service is Ausiàs March Public School, located in Foietes neighbourhood at Venezuela Avenue, 5. Maite Moreno explained that “with this service, we give working families the option for their children, aged 3 to 12, to spend their mornings participating in all kinds of leisure activities, led by professionals and with other students of the same age.” The councilwoman also explained that “to make this work-life balance as easy as possible, the

The Easter School will have extended drop-off and pick-up times, so that each family can adapt the service to their needs.” Specifically, the school will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., although families can opt for an early drop-off starting at 8:00 a.m. and a lunch service with a packed lunch from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In both cases, this extended schedule is included in the general price of the school, Maite Moreno explained.

The price of the Easter School is €65 for Parents' Association (AMPA) members and €80 for non-members. Registration is now open and will continue until March 25.
