'Benidorm Gastronómico' recovers all its great events and adds a new one: a cocktail contest

Within the tourist offer that Benidorm shows these days in Fitur, there is also its gastronomy. As usual, the city has taken advantage of the main national tourism fair to unveil the calendar of the 'Gastronomic Benidorm', which in 2022 will recover all its major events and add a new one: a cocktail contest.

This has been announced by the mayor, Toni Pérez, who has detailed that 'Benidorm Gastronómico 2022', promoted by the City Council and Abreca-Cobreca, will have "five gastronomic events, which will take place between the months of March and October and, as always, out of high season”. "Benidorm Gastronómico' is confirmed edition after edition as a pole of tourist attraction and also as an initiative that encourages consumption in restaurant establishments at times when activity is somewhat lower due to the decrease in visitors", has specified.

A 'Benidorm Gastronómico 2022' that at Madrid International Tourism Fair, Fitur, has had the support of the President of Hospitality of Spain, José Luís Yzuel.

The calendar of 'Benidorm Gastronómico 2022' starts with the X Days of the Spoon, from March 4 to 13. From May 6 to 15, the II Tuna Conference will take place; and from June 10 to 19, it will be the turn of the longest-running event: the Tapas Contest, which has accumulated twelve editions. The new event, the 1st Cocktail Contest, will be held from September 23 to October 2. And one more year, the 11th Days of Rice from the Earth will close the list of gastronomic events.
