The new Benidorm Civil Protection headquarters will present its work plan this Saturday
The new Civil Protection headquarters in Benidorm is scheduled to present this Saturday, October 11th, its work plan for the city's upcoming months following the appointment of José Vicente Fuster García as the new local head of Civil Protection, which was ratified at the regular plenary session in September. This was conveyed by the Councillor for Public Service, Jesús Carrobles, who publicly congratulated José Vicente Fuster on his recent appointment and thanked his predecessor, José Fuster Albuixech, for the work he had done during his "brilliant and long tenure" leading this local volunteer group.
The meeting to present the work plan will take place at the Benidorm Local Police Station, starting at 10:00 a.m. and is open to all members of the group, as well as anyone interested in learning about the organisation and joining as volunteers.
Jesús Carrobles extended his hand and wished the new local head of Civil Protection "best of luck." "I do not doubt that collaboration with the Local Police and the City Council will be ongoing, and that their presence at events, public functions, and other circumstances where their presence is required will be a plus in addition to the work carried out by the other forces to ensure security in Benidorm," the councillor stated.
