The Fiestas Committee celebrates its second 'Verbena del Castell' this Saturday to raise funds
The 2024 Comissió de Festes Majors Patronals has organised for this Saturday, 10 August, the second of ‘Las Verbenas del Castell’ that it has scheduled for this summer to raise funds for the organisation of the Festes Majors Patronals, which will be held next November. The first was held on 6 July
The Councillor for Festivals of the Benidorm City Council, Mariló Cebreros, has announced that this festival is scheduled to start at 7 pm at Plaza de Castelar, in El Castell. There, the mayors of the Commission chaired by María Dolores Cano, will set up a bar to offer the public sandwiches and drinks at popular prices throughout the evening. There will also be music to liven up this festival by Sanguangos from 10:30 pm.
The councillor has taken the opportunity to invite citizens and visitors to “come to El Castell to enjoy one of the most beautiful spaces in Benidorm and, at the same time, collaborate with our Festes Majors Patronals”.
