Employment launches a new edition of the Training Program for Business Initiative
The Department of Employment and Local Development already has ready the Training Program for the Enterprise Initiative 2018, which like in previous occasions will be developed in several editions throughout the year. The councilwoman of the area, Mª Jesús Pinto, explained that this program is aimed primarily at "the new entrepreneurs and businesswomen in the city and those who are considering self-employment as a formula to join or re-enter the labor market."
Pinto indicated that the Program consists of "activities demanded by people of very varied profiles" and that its first edition will start next April 23rd in the Multipurpose Hall of the El Torrejó Municipal Center.
This first edition includes several workshops that will be taught by technicians from the European Center for Innovative Enterprises (CEEI) of Elx, an entity that collaborates with the Employment and Development Agency (AEDL) in this initiative. In these workshops, the entrepreneurs will also receive training on basic issues in relation to the constitution of a company, as well as tax or social security aspects.
The first workshop, entitled 'Discover Market Trends', will be held on April 23 at 10 a.m. The objective of this activity is to help the participants to define their project by understanding the dynamics of the environment, projecting it and identifying opportunity spaces, as well as the relevant phenomena and their tendency.
The next workshop will be on April 26 and is called 'Create your business plan'. In this session the guidelines will be offered to make a Business Plan with which the entrepreneur will be trained to assess first hand the feasibility of his idea, giving him the necessary tools to develop his plan.
Subsequently, on May 2, the workshop 'Taxation for SMEs and Entrepreneurs; and the next day will be the turn of 'Labor Aspects and Social Security'.
