More than 3,500 people enjoyed Camela's pop flamenco, Andy & Lucas, La Hungarian, David Barrull and Son del Barrio

'Con Mucho Arte' festival filled Julio Iglesias auditorium

01 April 2018
El festival ‘Con Mucho Arte’ llenó el auditorio Julio Iglesias

The second edition of the 'Con Mucho Arte' festival filled Julio Iglesias auditorium in the Parque de l'Aigüera in Benidorm yesterday afternoon. More than 3,500 people enjoyed Camela's flamenco pop, Andy & Lucas, La Hungarian, David Barrull and Son del Barrio in an event that offered seven hours of music and started at 7:30 pm.

Those responsible for breaking the ice were the brothers of Son del Barrio, who on stage presented their first album 'Quiero volar'. David Barrull took over, making the audience sing some of their best known songs like 'Estoy hecho de pedacitos de ti'. With La Húngara came the moment of the dance. The artist reviewed part of her discography, she covered some flamenco-pop classics, she started with bulerías and sang with her daughter, La Hungarilla.

About 23:00 one of the main dishes of the night arrived: Camela. Reference of the flamenco-pop of the last two decades, the Madrid duo made a review for the best known of his discography, interpreting songs that have become practically hymns like 'Lagrimas de Amor'. Andy & Lucas put the romantic touch at the end of the night with some of their ballads more radiated and sung, interspersed with more rhythmic repertoire themes that encouraged and made the audience dance.

'Con Mucho Arte' has started the season of events and festivals in Benidorm, which this year has been advanced at the end of March coinciding with Easter.
