Benidorm suspends outdoor sports activities at municipal facilities due to weather warnings

Given the continued weather alerts for heavy rain and the possibility of flooding issued by the Valencian Community's 112 emergency service and the State Meteorological Agency, Benidorm City Council has suspended outdoor sports activities at municipal facilities, as it had previously suspended classes at all schools.

Likewise, the public is asked to avoid unnecessary travel and outdoor activities and to heed the signs advising against accessing or circulating in the various flood zones located in the municipality's ravines and gullies.

We also remind you that any updates or new information regarding the status of the alerts will be announced through the official channels of the City Council and the Local Police.
