The audience fills Our Lady of Carmen church to enjoy a vibrant concert of sacred music

The Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Benidorm hosted a vibrant concert of sacred music this Tuesday evening, drawing applause from the audience for the excellent performances. The recital, organized by the Department of Culture of the Benidorm City Council, brought together the Benidorm Camerata Ars Cantica choir, the Altea Philharmonic Society Choir, the Ifach de Calp Choir, and the Orchestra and Choir of the Altea Professional Music Conservatory, under the direction of Ximo Sastre and Jaime Francisco Ripoll, to perform a repertoire of sacred music by Handel, Vivaldi, and Rameau.
The Councillor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, and the Councillor for Equality and Social Welfare, Ángela Zaragozí, witnessed a recital that, in addition to the joint performance of several pieces, also featured solos by Pilar Rives and Naila Cano on the flute, and the vocals of Pepi Lloret, Mónica Ivars, and Maribel Brotons.
