Specifically, young people have been divided into two groups according to their profile. The first includes the programmed training of 'Auxiliary operations of rigid finishes and urbanization' and 'Pavement and masonry of urbanization'; and the second is centered on the 'Dynamization of children's free-time educational activities'.

The mayor have visited today the participants of 'T'Avalem' in the Training Center for Employment 'Pepita Puchades' together with the Councilor for Employment, Mª Jesús Pinto. Both have exchanged with the students impressions about the first weeks of training and have been able to know the initial details of the proposal of activities that the participants of Dynamization prepare.

Pérez stressed that "the training activity will be completed with the execution of a concrete work for the City Hall that will allow these young people to increase competencies, develop them and receive a remuneration for them."

Thus, the youth of the Masonry group will go out to remove architectural barriers in several points of the Rincón de Loix, creating ears that improve pedestrian accessibility. Participants in the Dynamization program, for their part, will organize educational leisure activities for Youth and Historical Heritage aimed at children and youth in Benidorm.

All participants in 'T'Avalem' have been selected among the unemployed under the age of 30 enrolled in the National System of Youth Guarantee and in the Servef. The project has a director, one teacher for each specialty, another for Compensatory Education and an administrative one, and has a budget of about 450,000 euros - financed at 86% and 14% by the Generalitat and the City Council.

The mayor stressed "the commitment of the City Council with all initiatives aimed at improving the employability of our young people."
