Skyline Benidorm Film Festival Awards Gala at the Cultural Center

The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the Councilor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, along with other members of the municipal council, accompanied the cast of professionals at a ceremony in which national productions shone brightly.
The director of the Skyline Benidorm Film Festival, Beatriz Hernández, expressed her gratitude for the support received since the first edition by the City Council and collaborating companies. She also expressed her gratitude to the winner of the Skyliner 2025 Award, Cayetana Guillén-Cuervo, for "her commitment to short films" and "love for independent cinema."
Hernández highlighted the "success" of the festival's audience during the week of screenings with "full-capacity" short film sessions and also the support of professionals with the Prisma Forum. The director concluded her speech by thinking "about the next one," which will be the tenth anniversary of a festival that has managed to bring "a lot of good cinema" to Benidorm.
Following the festival director's remarks, the awards were presented by film professionals, collaborating companies, and organizations. Jaime Jesús Pérez presented the award to Aitor Abio's "Patrimonio" as "Best Short Film by Young Directors," and Toni Pérez presented the "Young Jury Award" to Antonio Cuesta's "La noche dentro," which closed the ceremony.
