Sant Jaume cemetery extends its hours during the summer

Sant Jaume cemetery extends its hours during the summer months so that from Monday to Friday the cemetery will be open uninterruptedly between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., as reported by the mayor of the area, Jaime Jesús Pérez. On weekends and holidays, the usual opening hours will be maintained from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Pérez explained that "we know that many of the people who regularly go to the cemetery are residents of a certain age and with the extension of hours we intend that this part of the population in a special way, and also the rest of the users, can visit the cemetery “Avoiding the central hours of the day, when the heat is more intense.”

For its part, Mare de Déu del Sofratge cemetery will be open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
