On August 31, legendary film soundtracks will be played at the recently renovated museum
Queen, ABBA, Coldplay and The Beatles star in ‘Música a l’Hort’, led by Salzillo
l’Hort de Colón museum house has hosted tonight the second of the ‘Música a l’Hort’ sessions, starring by Salzillo string quartet and a musical repertoire that has staged the best of groups such as Queen, ABBA, Coldplay and The Beatles before the public that filled its gardens.
After its recent restoration, the emblematic stately building of 19th century Benidorm is once again the focus of free musical programming by the Department of Historical and Cultural Heritage directed by Ana Pellicer, opening wide to host experiences such as this one, micro theatre, workshops and other activities that highlight Benidorm’s cultural heritage.
The third instalment of ‘Música a l’Hort’ will be on August 31, with a program of legendary film soundtracks on the piano and violin by Scordadúo. On September 7, the cycle will end with jazz and swing by Orchestralia.
