As explained by the Councilor for Education, Maite Moreno, "as long as the current situation caused by the coronavirus lasts, this service will be provided by telephone and email, since we consider it essential that families that had been using it continue to have the support and attention of professionals, as well as that the rest of the school community of Infant, Primary and Secondary may have it ”.

This Department will also carry out "a work of coordination with schools to unify criteria when working with students", will "follow up via phone and email the students who already used these services"; and, in short, "resolve any questions or queries to make the situation more bearable at a time as complex as the current one."
