These 5 municipal centers handle procedures related to the Municipal Register and the different City Council departments
The Municipal Branches in Benidorm carried out almost 21,400 procedures and services in the first quarter of the year
The municipal administrative offices of Benidorm City Council processed 21,390 transactions and provided services to residents during the first quarter of the year. This was announced today by the councillor for the department, Mónica Gómez, who emphasised that “Benidorm has an extensive network of administrative offices, strategically located throughout the city, which makes it easier for residents to carry out their administrative procedures as close as possible to their homes or workplaces.”
Specifically, Benidorm has five offices, located in the neighbourhoods of La Cala, Rincón de Loix, Els Tolls-Salt de l’Aigüa, Alfredo Corral-Maravall-Plaza de España, and Foietes-Colonia Madrid. The latter was relocated at the beginning of the year to a new space to provide better service.
Gómez explained that most administrative procedures can be carried out at these facilities, “so it is not necessary to travel to the main Town Hall building at Plaza SSMM Reyes de España to, for example, request a registration history, register documents, manage fee payments, or enrol in municipal courses.”
As the Councillor for Administrative Extensions noted, 69,539 procedures and services were provided last year, “a figure that confirms that bringing local government services closer to the neighbourhoods is a very positive step, as it fosters and facilitates citizens' interaction with the Town Hall while avoiding unnecessary travel.”
Those needing to carry out any type of procedure can find these municipal offices at Calle Secretario Juan Antonio Baldoví, 2, in La Cala; and at Avenida de Juan Fuster Zaragoza, 1, in Rincón de Loix; on Avenida de Andalucía, 9, in Els Tolls-Salt de l’Aigüa neighbourhood; on Calle Maravall, 33, where the Alfredo Corral-Maravall-Plaza de España extension is located; and on Avenida Beniardá, 12, where the new facilities of the Foietes-Colonia Madrid extension are located.
