The exhibition, in which some unpublished work has been exhibited, has been open between 26 July and 25 September


A total of 11,516 people visited the exhibition of the artist Antonio de Felipe, 'The best of the beast', which for two months has been showed at Boca Calvari Museum and which closed on September 25. An exposition, which has shown his 25 year of career, and that has had an unpublished work: 'Meninas' which came to Benidorm fresh from his workshop. The councilwoman for Heritage, Ana Pellicer, recalled that "this exhibition was scheduled taking advantage of the pop artist who is the author of the poster of the Major Festivities" and stressed that this sample "was a unique opportunity to see first time together works by Antonio de Felipe made by different thechniques, oil paintings, graphic work, sculpture or graffiti ". During the 44 days that it has been open to public the exposure received a daily average of 262 visitors, with peaks up to 430 spectators. It has also been important the impact of the exposure on social networks. Thus, the Facebook page of Patrimoni Històric has had 46,745 interactions - 11,304 registered in July; 19,007 in August; and 16,434 in September-; while Twitter have reached 16,769 views. Pellicer has stressed that the visit of Antonio de Felipe in Benidorm has not been transient, as the Valencian artist "has left samples of his art on our streets, making a graffitti 6 by 2 meters in the facade of the museum that now and it is part of the municipal heritage. " In addition, also six benches have also been decorated by Antonio de Felipe in street furniture.
