Historical Heritage will mark the site of El Tossal and the machine gun nests of El Torrejó and El Rincón

The councilor for Historic Heritage, Ana Pellicer, has reported that the remains of the defensive war constructions of the Civil War located on the beach of Levante at the height of El Torrejó and at the end of the Rincón de Loix will be marked, while it will be improved El Tossal in La Cala. The councilwoman has informed that this morning municipal workers and technicians of Historical Heritage have proceeded to remove the sand to "uncover and clean these remains". Some tasks that have served to better document graphically the remains, and also to "demonstrate that PSOE spokesman Rubén Martínez lied yesterday when he said in a press release that much of the remains of this bunker or nest had been destroyed for the accessibility works that have been carried out on the access ramp to the Levante beach from El Torrejó ".
