The Espai Coworking in Benidorm is planning a new training program to boost entrepreneurship
The Department of Employment and Local Promotion of Benidorm City Council has scheduled a free training session for next Tuesday, November 25th, entitled "6 grants for the Self-Employed in 2025 and 2026." The session aims to promote entrepreneurship in the city. Councillor Mónica Gómez explained that the training will be held at Espai Coworking and is part of "the initiatives we are promoting from the Department of Employment to revitalise this space and make it a hub for entrepreneurs and innovative ideas."
The training will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Those interested in participating can register, as well as find the rest of Espai Coworking's program, through the link https://espaicoworkingbenidorm.com/agenda. The session will be led by Carlos Verdú, a Local Development expert at Genion.
The Councillor for Employment and Local Promotion has invited interested individuals to “participate in these training sessions, which are very short but offer a wealth of information and tools that can be of great help to those starting a business.”
Mónica Gómez also noted that the Espai Coworking space hosted another free training session this Wednesday, entitled ‘Starting a Business with 90 Euros,’ which was specifically aimed at those with a business idea who don't know how to get started. “We have designed a comprehensive schedule of short training sessions covering various topics because we believe in entrepreneurship and want to promote it with these and many other initiatives,” stated the Councillor, who reminded attendees that the City Council, “in addition to providing entrepreneurs with this Espai Coworking space and its workspaces, also offers other support measures, such as grants for new self-employed individuals and small businesses, and the Entrepreneurial Ideas Competition,” among others.
