Concert for the 13th anniversary of SM La Nova in Benidorm

The Societat Musical La Nova de Benidorm offered a concert this morning in the Cultural Center's Auditorium to commemorate the thirteenth anniversary of its founding.
Around 300 people attended a concert in which the society's soloists took centre stage. Among those in attendance were the Councillor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, and the First Deputy Mayor, Ana Pellicer, along with other members of the municipal council. Also present was the regional deputy, José Ramón González de Zárate.
The principal conductor of La Nova, Francisco José Rovira Peretó, directed a program that began with the pasodoble "Antonio Sola" by Vicente Pérez Pellicer and continued with "Fantasie (Concert)" by Jules Demersseman, featuring Adrián Saiz as solo saxophone. The first half concluded with Mark Ford's Stubernic Fantasy performance, featuring special attention from percussionists Rafael Doménech Ródenas, Gabriel Fueter, and Eric Rodríguez.
In the second half, the concert continued with "Music" by John Miler, arranged by Philip Sparke; "El racó de l'or" (Symphonic Poem) by Saül Gómez Soler; and, finally, the pasodoble "Brisas levantinas" by Enrique Gosp.
