The City Council makes this Wednesday a new distribution of masks among those born before 1970

L'Ajuntament realitza este dimecres un nou repartiment de mascaretes entre els nascuts abans de 1970...

Benidorm City Council will carry out this Wednesday, December 2, a new distribution of masks, in this case among the population born before 1970, including that year, as reported today by the mayor, Toni Pérez. As it is a school day, the delivery points have been concentrated in Casa del Fester and in José Llorca Linares, Tanit and La Torreta social centers.

The mayor has indicated that “we continue to insist on prevention as the most effective way to combat Covid-19 and that is why, in addition to reminding the population of the importance of complying with hygienic-sanitary safety measures, we carry out a new mass delivery of masks ”. A delivery that has been scheduled in the morning and afternoon "to make it easier for the population to approach one of the four authorized collection points." Specifically, the distribution will take place from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00.

As in the previous deliveries, it will only be necessary to present the DNI at the collection point closest to the home.

The mayor has insisted that “since the pandemic began, the behavior of the population in Benidorm has been exemplary, generally respecting all the instructions and directives issued by the health authorities; and so it should remain. Individual and collective responsibility must mark our day to day. We cannot lower our guard or relax in complying with prevention measures, and as a local administration we will continue to guarantee health safety in all areas that depend on us and to facilitate people's access to protection systems ”.
