28 June 2018

The mayor, Toni Pérez, and the councilor of Playas, Lorenzo Martínez, along with other colleagues of the corporation and staff of the concessionary company, RA Benidorm, have complied with the traditional symbolic hoisting of the banner that, on this occasion, has taken place at the confluence of Avenida de Europa with Paseo de Levante.

Toni Pérez said that today "it is an important day for the delegation of beaches, for all people working in the Department and for the services that are provided from them". This distinction that "already enjoy" the beaches of Levante, Poniente and Mal Pas. "Is the maximum that can be granted worldwide" and these flags are the prize and the "recognition of daily work" that is carried out in Benidorm so that "everything is in perfect order of review" and that the services provided on the beaches "be of the highest quality".

The awarding of the badge requires compliance with the highest levels of quality, safety, service provision and respect for the environment.
