Benidorm shows its virtues to more than 500 travel agents from the United Kingdom and Russia

Visit Benidorm Foundation has travelled this week to the United Kingdom with the intention of participating in a Roadshow that will allow nearly 400 travel agents to know firsthand the benefits of Benidorm.

It is an action organized by the British tour operator Youtravel in collaboration with its receptive in Spain Sidetours, thanks to which Benidorm will be present in four important British cities such as; London, Bristol Manchester and Glasgow.

This Roadshow in which around 15 suppliers from Spain and Portugal (mainly hotels and destinations) have also attended two Benidorm hotel chains, it is the Bali Group and Medina Hotels, between both groups have about 1500 seats hotels and seek to continue positioning in a market as important for the city as is the British.

On the other hand, in recent days Benidorm has carried out two other actions with travel agents from Moscow and St. Petersburg, the first of which took place last Friday in the Russian capital, consisted of a working breakfast attended 40 agents of the tour operator TUI Russia and who could see at first hand the wide range of Benidorm.

The second event, was held during the day of Tuesday and it was a working breakfast of the tour operator Premiera of St. Petersburg, one of the leaders of the sales of tourist packages to Spain throughout the northwest region of Russia. The event was attended by more than 100 people, most of whom were tour operators who had sold more tour packages in 2018.

Visit Benidorm with the participation in these two professional events aims to continue promoting the sale of packages to Benidorm in two important issuing destinations such as the United Kingdom and Russia through the Costa Blanca Tourist Board.
