In addition, it is intended to reinforce the tourism sustainability strategy of the destination and its companies, seeking visitors with greater purchasing power and achieving less seasonal tourism”.

With this Specialization Course, the Department of Tourism also seeks to help establishments to "develop actions that allow them to improve their management, communicate more effectively and sell more and better, as well as improve the use of tools to attract customers potentially, carry out promotion actions, reformulate the offer, new services and generate a demand for the Gastronomic Tourism product” the mayor specified, who also highlighted that “hotels, campsites, restaurants, etc. they have acquired a spectacular level of gastronomic offer”.
