Benidorm joins the UNED initiative in favor of the Red Cross

Benidorm UNED has organized today, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., a solidarity event in favor of the Red Cross where food is exchanged for books at a stand on Tomás Ortuño Street, next to the entrance to the Municipal Market.

At eleven o'clock in the morning, a municipal delegation made up of the councilors of the Benidorm City Council Ana Pellicer, Aida García Mayor, Mónica Gómez, Ángela Llorca, Lourdes Caselles, Jaime Jesús Pérez, Maite Moreno and Ángela Zaragozí collaborated by providing non-perishable food and personal hygiene or cleaning products, after which they shared with the members of the Local Assembly of the Red Cross who attended the stand.

This is an act that, as in previous editions, is very well received and demonstrates the solidarity of the city, which has now reached its tenth edition.
