Benidorm Employment Board is organizing a conference about Disability and Employment on March 11

La Mesa de Empleo de Benidorm organiza una jornada sobre Discapacidad y Empleo el próximo 11 de marzo

Benidorm Employment Board, made up of Benidorm City Council and various public and private entities with employment and training programs and business associations, has organized the conference ‘Disability and Employment: Benefits and Incentives for Hiring’. A conference that will take place on March 11 in the City Hall Assembly Hall from 09.30 am and is aimed at human resources managers, management companies, businessmen from any economic sector, as well as people with some functional diversity and the general public who wish to update their knowledge on bonuses and incentives for hiring people with functional diversity, as well as learn about examples of good practices through successful experiences.

The Councilor for Employment and Local Development, Mónica Gómez, who will close the event, explained that during the conference “Labora technicians, from associations of people with disabilities and tourism companies will explore aspects such as hiring, obligations of the productive fabric and keys and good practices to achieve real and successful inclusion.”

Gómez has encouraged “companies and the general public to register for this event” and has stressed that it is part of “the actions that are promoted throughout the year by the Employment and Local Development Agency, sometimes in collaboration with other entities or organisations, to promote the dynamism of the Benidorm labour market, always paying attention to the groups that usually have more difficulties when it comes to finding a job”.
