Benidorm CD football fans support Aspanion in the first league match
Benidorm CD kicked off the league season yesterday and did so with a charity match in favor of Aspanion Local Board, the association of children with cancer. The small Maria and Aitana, two members of Aspanion, were responsible for making the honor roll of the game, which began with a minute of silence in memory of children killed by cancer, including the daughter of the former national coach Luis Enrique. Among the fans who came to see the debut of Benidorm CD and to collaborate with Aspanion, were the mayor, Toni Pérez; the Councilors for Sports and Social Welfare, Mariló Cebreros and Ángela Llorca; as well as various members of the municipal Corporation. A league debut that ended in a draw at 1 between the Benidorm CD and the Murada CD.
