Benidorm begins work today to repair damage to the road surface of several urban roads

The Department of Urban Scene announced today the start of several road repair projects on various public roads that have suffered damage and potholes, mostly due to the age of the asphalt or heavy vehicle traffic. The work began today and will continue until Friday of next week.

The first repairs took place in the area of ​Vicente Pérez Devesa's court, with the milling of damaged sections. Next Monday, milling work will move to Sierra Dorada Street and a roundabout on Avenida del Mediterráneo.

On the same day, both locations will be resurfaced, as well as Camí del Doble Amor and the Pilota Valenciana court itself.

On Tuesday, milling will be carried out on Avenida Ametlla de Mar, specifically on Roma and Londres Streets. Later that same day, these areas, along with the B3 level crossing, will be resurfaced. On that day, a masonry team is scheduled to work on lifting a storm drain on Herrerías Street for repairs. On Wednesday, milling and paving work will be carried out on Gerona Street, Beniardá Avenue roundabout, and Puente and Herrerías Streets, as well as painting on Ametlla de Mar, Roma, Londres Streets, and at the B3 level crossing.

The following day, Thursday, milling and paving work will be undertaken in areas that may have been delayed, and painting will focus on Gerona, Puente, and Herrerías Streets, and the Beniardá Avenue roundabout. Finally, on Friday the 28th, painting will take place on Camí del Doble Amor and Sierra Dorada Street.
