Suggestions and complaints

It is a service that has been promoted and adapted, both to the needs and to the level of demand of citizens and visitors that a cosmopolitan city like Benidorm deserves.

This service is divided into:

 
- Suggestions. Relating to the creation, expansion or improvement of the services provided by the City Council. They will be studied carefully and if they are viable, desirable and reasonable, they will be carried out without any doubt.
 
- Claims. Any service or procedure provided wrongly by the City Council must be corrected immediately.
 

At no time should you hesitate to present a suggestion or complaint, because these help us improve the service provided to citizens and visitors.

Both Suggestions and Claims must be submitted to the Registry.
