After the presentation of specific monitoring and anti-drone systems, the activity of the second congress of police drones has transferred its activity to Heliactive facilities where the shows of the equipment that companies, institutions, agencies, police bodies and emergency units have been carried out and rescue operate in their actions.

As a culmination of the congressional activity, practices and practical evolutions of drones have been carried out in specific missions such as those presented in the day-to-day operations of the units that operate them.

Toni Pérez has taken the opportunity to thank the attendees and speakers for the election, again, of Benidorm to “pool regulations and action protocols once the regulations are approaching the reality of the services already provided by drones " Specifically, he has done so much to Professor Israel Quintanilla (UPV) as well as to the Cultural Association of the Local Police of Benidorm and the Headquarters of the Corps for the organization of the congress and those who congratulated on the results achieved.

The mayor stressed that Benidorm is committed to innovation and the most complete use of the possibilities of technology at the service of citizens and that in addition to “pioneer in achieving the certification of Smart Tourist Destination is now immersed in the new projects of uses of drones in the proposals, also pioneers, of two European Union programs ”.

In this sense, he has pointed out the excellent characteristics that Benidorm meets and its immediate surroundings to carry out these tests and demonstrations, both of the congress and of the European proposals, and the municipal involvement in formulas of progress to improve the services provided to citizens.
