Mobility launches a new quota of 105 quarterly passes for the l’Aigüera parking lot

Benidorm City Council has launched a new allocation of 105 quarterly parking passes for passenger vehicles at the l’Aigüera municipal car park for June, July, and August 2026. The application period for these passes opens today, Friday, and will run until May 28th. The Councillor for Mobility, Francis Muñoz, indicated that, as in previous instances, “the passes will be assigned in the order they are received in the Registry to applicants who meet the requirements, until the quota of 105 passes offered is filled.”

To qualify for one of these 24-hour passes, applicants must be registered owners of passenger vehicles. Furthermore, residents with a Resident Parking Permit will be eligible for a discount. Specifically, the standard price for this quarterly pass will be €254.35, while the discounted price for Resident Parking Permit holders will be €160.47.

Applications must be submitted within the established deadline and can be submitted in two ways: in person at the Town Hall's General Registry, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or through the Electronic Registry at www.sede.benidorm.org.

The online application will be open until 11:59 p.m. on May 28th and must be processed as a General Application, addressed to the Public Space Department.

Applicants must submit the application for a parking pass for the l’Aigüera underground public parking garage and indicate whether they meet the requirements for the discount due to having a Resident Parking Permit. The application must also include the applicant's identification information (name, surname, ID number, telephone number, email address, and home address), and the vehicle make, model, and license plate number. Only one parking pass per registration is allowed, and only the vehicle indicated on the application may be parked there. Approval of the application will be communicated by telephone or SMS.

The City Council will verify compliance with the requirements and establish the order of priority. It will then send the final list of applications for issuance of parking passes to the company that maintains and manages this service. The payment deadline is five calendar days from the date the application is approved.

Purchasing a parking pass does not guarantee a parking space. Pass holders may park their vehicles in any available space on level -2 of the parking garage, with the first level reserved for short-term parking. Pass holders also do not have priority access to the parking garage if other vehicles are already waiting.
