The mayor welcomes the queens of the Festes Majors Patronals 2025, Paula Pascual and Aitana Pérez

The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, officially received this Thursday the new queens of the city's Major Patron Saint Festivities for the year 2025, the young Paula Pascual Sánchez and the girl Aitana Pérez Gutiérrez, in the Mayor's office. The Councilor for the Fiestas department, Mariló Cebreros, and the president of the Commission, Susana Martínez have accompanied the two queens.

During the reception, the first mayor congratulated both representatives and wished them that 2025 would be "an unforgettable year for them, for their court of honour, and their families." Likewise, the mayor assured them that this year, their role would be "even more relevant," given that the city is commemorating the 700th anniversary of its foundation and that numerous events are planned throughout the year to celebrate this anniversary.

For their part, Paula and Aitana have told Toni Pérez about their first impressions since being elected to the position on January 12. They also expressed their excitement about celebrating and experiencing everything that 2025 will bring them as representatives of all the girls and young women in the town.

Finally, the mayor gave them a small gift as a souvenir of this year. He reiterated his congratulations and good wishes for this “great adventure that you have already begun to experience.”
