The mayor receives Servigroup Playas de Benidorm after its promotion to the men's volleyball Super League

The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, along with the Councillor for Sports, Javier Jordá, welcomed the Servigroup Playas de Benidorm men's team this Friday following their promotion to the Men's Volleyball Super League last weekend. After participating in the team's massive reception on Sunday night at the Palau d'Esports, the Mayor once again congratulated the team, led by Adriano Lamb, on this achievement, which will see them play in the top national division during the 2025-2026 season, and wished them a "full of success."
In addition to the players, directors, and coaching staff, the club's president, Mario Rodríguez, also attended this meeting. He thanked the Benidorm City Council and the Department of Sports for their support in achieving the club's goals.
This afternoon, at 6:30 p.m., Servigroup Playas de Benidorm will visit the parish church of Sant Jaume i Santa Anna, where they will offer the ascent cup to the Virgin of Suffrage, patron saint of Benidorm, and place a bouquet in her chapel.
