The Education Fair returns to the Palau to provide guidance to 4th year ESO and vocational training students in Benidorm and the surrounding area regarding their future training and career prospects

Carrer Pilota at Palau d’Esports l’Illa in Benidorm will host a new edition of the regional Benidorm Educational and Vocational Training Fair next Tuesday, April 15th. This fair will once again bring together a large number of participants and students from across Marina Baixa.
The Fair will open its doors at 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., and after a one-hour break, it will reopen until 6:00 p.m. It will feature scheduled visits with schoolchildren from Benidorm and the surrounding region, numerous informational stands, workshops, and exhibitions to guide students through their educational, training, and career opportunities. Nearly 2,000 students from the 4th year of secondary school and vocational training from the region are expected to attend this event.
The Fair will also feature a large number of stands from the City Council, institutions invited by the City Council, and the Regional Ministry. Thus, the council will have two information stands (Youth Information Center and Local Development Agency), three educational centres (Adult Training, Official Language School, and Lope de Vega School), five universities (UNED Benidorm, University of Alicante, Miguel Hernández University of Elche, Catholic University of Valencia, and the Polytechnic University of Valencia), two higher education schools (Art and Technology and Tourism and Aeronautical Training), four private training centres (Airco Simcrew Training, EDEM Business School of Valencia, Medac Alicante, and ARCE Formación), and the law enforcement agencies (Benidorm Local Police, National Police, Alicante Defense Subdelegation, Civil Guard, Firefighters, and Red Cross).
Regarding the entities invited by the Regional Ministry, the following will be present on the institutional side: Educational Prospecting, Acredita, Labora, IVAJ, CCOO, and Jovempa.
Information will also be provided on 16 professional areas that offer basic, intermediate, and advanced vocational training courses in Benidorm and the surrounding area (administration and management, commerce and marketing, IT and communications, mechanical manufacturing, installation and maintenance, energy and water, building and civil engineering, safety and the environment, healthcare, electricity and electronics, agriculture, physical and sports activities, image and sound, hospitality, personal image, and community services).
Companies such as Meliá, Medplaya, and Avibe will also be present, along with the collaboration of students from the El Secanet Special Education Center and students from the Bernat de Sarrià Secondary School.
The objective of this Education Fair is for students to learn in detail about the opportunities available to them for their future employment or education, both in the region and beyond.
