Lugano Tower: 42 level
Lúgano Tower is a 158-meter skyscraper located on Beijing Street.
43 plants destined for residential use, being currently the third tallest building in the city of Alicante after the Intempo, with 192 meters, and the Gran Hotel Bali, with 186 meters.
Completed in 2007. It is the highest active residential building in Spain (since the Intempo is uninhabited), above the Neguri Gane.
This tower, in spite of not being the one of greater height, supposes the summit of the skyline of Benidorm, when being seated the tower to 82 meters on the level of the sea, in the skirts of Sierra Helada, reaching the level of 237 meters.
It is a residential building consisting of 204 homes, with swimming pool, social club, gym, paddle tennis court, garden and children's areas. The tower is located on a plot of 59,901 square meters. Of them, a total of 37,904 square meters are destined to free garden area and 15,397 square meters to garden area for private use of the promotion.
The tower has 6 floors with special houses, which have higher ceilings than usual (up to 3.5 meters), and much larger terraces.
