Rainfall in Benidorm leaves 24.6 l / m2 on average until 1:00 p.m.

This morning rainfalls in Benidorm have left an average of 24.6 liters per square meter, as collected by the different rain gauges located in the municipal area. This reading refers to the volume of water dropped up to 1:00 p.m.
Thus, in the rain gauge installed in Murtal area, 23 l / m2 had been collected up to that time, while in the one located in the Drinking Water Treatment Station (ETAP) the record has been 22 l / m2. The area of Benidorm where the rainfall has left more water has been in Rincón de Loix. The rain gauge in this area indicated that 29 l / m2 had been collected by 1:00 pm.
These amounts could increase if the rainfall continues in the afternoon, since the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) expects the rain to continue, although the rainfall will be less than this morning.
