'Quin Cacau' Club wins the Special Prize in the Float Parade

Last night 'Quin Cacau' Club won 'Manuel Agüera' Special Prize of the Float Parade after the jury's deliberation. The award, worth 1,500 euros and a trophy, was announced after 11:30 p.m. yesterday at Plaza de SS MM Los Reyes de España.

The first prize, worth 1,000 euros and a trophy, went to 'Bavallons' float; The second prize, with 600 euros and a trophy, went to 'L'Espardenya-La Cordá' and the third prize, of 400 euros and a trophy, went to the Club 'El Llondro'.

The Float Parade brought together 34 floats last night, to which were added the three in which the queens, Angélica Morenilla and Daniela Talavera, and their ladies were traveling.

Throughout the tour that passed along Avenida de Alcoy, Martínez Alejos, Ruzafa, Venus, Marte, Almendros and ended in Elche Park, under the gaze of many thousands of neighbors, revelers and tourists who did not want to miss one of the last acts of Festes Majors Patronals.
