PP achieves the support of 27.14% of the voters; Vox obtains 18.51%; We can-EUPV, 11.06%; and Cs, 7.05%
PSOE, the most voted party in the General Elections in Benidorm with 31.20% of the votes
PSOE has been the most voted political force in Benidorm in the General Elections held this Sunday, with the support of 31.20% of the voters. The participation has been 59.54%, almost nine points below that registered in the General Elections last April. In total, 25,035 people have passed through the polls on a day that has passed without incident.
According to provisional data at 100% of the counting, the second most voted party in the General Elections has been the Popular Party (PP), with 27.14% of the votes; followed by Vox, which has obtained 18.51% of the votes. United We, meanwhile, has achieved the support of 11.06 %% of voters; and Citizens (Cs), 7.05%. The rest of the parties that attended the elections have not exceeded 3% of the votes. 0.86% of the votes cast have been void, and 0.68% blank.
In numerical terms the results have been the following: PSOE, 7,743 votes; PP, 6.735; Vox, 4,595 votes; We can-EUPV, 2,746; and Cs, 1,750.
In the previous General Elections of April the PSOE was the most voted force with 30.29% of the support; followed by the PP, with 21.32%. C’s was the third option, with 18.80% of the votes, ahead of Podemos-Esquerra Unida (12.39%) and Vox (12.05%).
Senate data
With regard to the Senate, 57% of the scrutiny, the popular candidate Pablo Ruz was the most voted, followed by the PP candidate María Adela Pedrosa. Behind, were the three socialist candidates: José Asensi, Ana Martínez and Carlos Giménez. The sixth with the most votes was the popular Consuelo Maraver.
