Benidorm-based musical group "Locos de Atar" bid farewell to the stage last night with "The Last Concert," bringing to a close a long career that has taken them to numerous locations across Spain, always bringing the name of Benidorm to the stage wherever they performed. The local band performed at the Óscar Esplá Auditorium in Parque de l'Aigüera in front of more than a thousand people who were immersed in their music from the very beginning.

The event, with the collaboration of Benidorm City Council's Department of Culture and the Commission for Major Patronal Festivals, began at 9:30 p.m. with free admission for all audiences.

But the appetiser for the day was provided by local DJ Covita Pemán, who also said goodbye to the stage. Her set began just after 8:00 p.m. and got the many attendees dancing with a very varied repertoire featuring music from all eras.

Locos de Atar came later. The group, representing fresh, danceable pop rock with heartfelt lyrics, offered a very special performance, marking the end of a long career. It was a night filled with memories, great live music, and a wealth of emotions, during which they performed their most famous songs over the years.

Over the years, Locos de Atar has established itself as one of the most unique alternative pop projects on the national scene. Since the 2020 release of the single "Que tiemble tu mundo," the group has continued to surprise with their unique music. They have carved out a niche for themselves on the independent scene, opening for bands such as Shinova, Boombai, Amatria, and Hombres G, and appearing at prominent festivals such as "Low in the City" and "Iberia Festival."
