Mobility launches a new quota of 80 quarterly passes for the l’Aigüera parking lot
Benidorm City Council has launched a new allocation of 80 quarterly parking passes for passenger vehicles at the l’Aigüera municipal car park for December 2025 and January and February 2026. The application period for these passes opens today, November 6, and will run until the 27th.
The Councillor for Mobility, Francis Muñoz, indicated that, as in previous instances, “the passes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants who meet the requirements, until the quota of 80 passes offered is filled.”
To qualify for one of these 24-hour passes, applicants must be registered owners of passenger vehicles. Furthermore, residents with a Resident Parking Permit will be eligible for a discount on the pass. Specifically, the standard price for this quarterly parking pass will be €254.35, while the discounted price for Resident Card holders will be €160.47.
Applications must be submitted within the established deadline and can be submitted in two ways: in person at the Town Hall's General Registry, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or through the Electronic Registry at www.sede.benidorm.org.
The online application will be open until 11:59 p.m. on August 27 and must be submitted as a General Application, addressed to the Public Space Department.
Applicants must submit the pass application at the l’Aigüera underground public parking garage and indicate whether they qualify for the discount due to holding a Resident Card. The application must also include the applicant's identification details (name, surname, ID number, telephone number, email address, and home address), as well as the vehicle's make, model, and license plate number. Only one parking pass per vehicle registration is allowed, and only the vehicle specified in the application may be parked there. Approval of the application will be communicated by phone or SMS.
The City Council will verify compliance with the requirements and establish a priority order. It will then send the final list of applications for pass issuance to the company that maintains and manages this service. Payment is due within five calendar days of receiving approval notification.
Purchasing a parking pass does not guarantee a parking space; therefore, the pass holder may park their vehicle in any available space. It also does not grant priority access to the parking garage if other vehicles are already waiting.
