It will take effect from next Monday, November 6th
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has signed today the decree recognizing "the status of not affiliated" to the councillor Juan García, "by abandoning – voluntarily-his Political Group" and "with effects from the 6th of November", this coming Monday.
The decree establishes that the councillor Juan García "will receive compensation for assistance to collegiate bodies that correspond to him".
It also establishes that " he will have an office or premises in the Town Hall, based on the functional possibilities, for his activity", and that " he will continue maintaining the affiliation (...)" "to the same informative commissions."
