Companies and professionals of the sectors included in the decree of the Consell, can request these grants of 600 euros for full-time contracts and 300 for part-time contracts
Labora opens the deadline to apply for grants to companies and freelancers
Companies and self-employed persons in Benidorm of the sectors included in the decree 17/2021 of the Consell, published yesterday in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), can request the new direct aid from tomorrow, Thursday, February 4 released by Labora. This line of aid included in the Resistir Plan of the Generalitat Valenciana amounts to 600 for each full-time worker that the company or self-employed person has registered, and 300 euros for each part-time worker. The limit of this aid, as stated in the decree, is 12,000 euros per company or self-employed and all the processing is carried out by the Generalitat Valenciana, through Labora.
The companies and self-employed persons that can benefit from the aid line that opens tomorrow are those whose activity sectors that are classified in one of the following CNAE codes:
5510 Hotels and similar accommodation
5520 Tourist accommodation and other short stay accommodation
5530 Campsites and caravan parks
5590 Other accommodations
5610 Restaurants and food stalls
5621 Catering
5629 Other food services
5630 Beverage establishments
5914 Film exhibition activities
7911 Travel agency activities
7912 Activities of tour operators
7990 Other reservation services and activities related to them
8230 Organization of conventions and trade fairs
9001 Performing Arts
9002 Auxiliary activities to the performing arts
9003 Artistic and literary creation
9004 Showroom management
9102 Museum activities
9103 Management of historical sites and buildings
9311 Management of sports facilities

The deadline for applying for grants will end at 11:59 p.m. on February 17, 2021.
Labora has articulated the request for grants in two phases. The first one, in which you must access through the Labora website http://www.labora.gva.es/es/ciutadania, and in which you only have to identify yourself (CIF of the company and NIF or NIE of the self-employed person) and provide contact details (email address, contact telephone number).
With this information, Labora will create a record and the system will inform the user of the date and time slot assigned to carry out procedure two, which is the presentation of the application. In this phase, it is necessary to have an electronic signature.
The Councilor for Employment and Local Development, Mónica Gómez, has reported on the terms of these grants from the Generalitat and has encouraged "companies and self-employed in the city whose economic activity is classified in the sectors and codes collected in the bases to participate of this call for aid, which is processed directly from the Valencian government ”; and she recalled that "the Benidorm City Council has already adhered to the so-called‘ Parenthesis Grants ’, also provided for in the Resist Plan and to which the local administration will contribute about 790,000 euros."
Gómez has indicated that these 'Grants', co-financed by the Town Councils, Provincial Councils and the Generalitat, provide benefits of 2,000 euros for each self-employed person or micro-company, of less than 10 workers, with improvement sections of 200 euros per employee affiliated with Security Social as of December 31, 2020. The City Council will be in charge of managing these grants, once the relevant bases are set up and approved based on the reference guidelines established by the Valencian government.
