The XXV Benidorm International Music Competition will know its winner tonight after the final and the jury's decision. Meanwhile, the XXXV International Music Course continues with great participation and a high level of students. After the performance, the winner of the jury vote and the popular vote will be announced, which is the second year this has been done.

For this reason and as usual, Mayor Toni Pérez and the Councilor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, visited the Cultural Center this morning to greet students and teachers and see how the classes are developed on their different instruments. The International Course and the Competition are held from June 30 to July 5.

During this week the activity 'Classics at 9' is being held, framed within the International Music Course. Thus, tonight, at 9 p.m., the final of the XXV International Competition in the piano speciality will take place. Tomorrow, Thursday, there will be a conference by psychologist Guillermo Dalia, who will talk about 'Performance Anxiety in the Arts' and the cycle will close on Friday the 5th with a concert by Mariano García (saxophone), Conrado Moya (marimba) and Aniana Jaime (piano). ).

Jaime Jesús Pérez has once again "encouraged citizens to come and enjoy tonight's concert in which the finalists will perform, an event with a high level of musicians and a great opportunity to listen to a great concert."

All concerts and activities in this cycle are held at the Cultural Center, are open to the public until the auditorium is full and do not require admission or prior invitation.
