'Foodtrucks'Fair will park at Plaza del Ayuntamiento during the weekend

This Friday, at 8:00 pm, the Fair of 'Foodtrucks' will be inaugurated at Plaza de Sus Majestades los Reyes de España, in which 14 adapted vehicles will participate to offer a varied and international gastronomic offer. The event, which already visited Benidorm two years ago, will be organized (as on that occasion), by the Association of Penyes 'Verge del Sofratge', with the collaboration of the Department of Fiestas of Benidorm City Hall.

The presentation of this gastronomic fair has been carried out by the councilman of Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles who has been accompanied by the president of the Association. Dani Luque. An event that has been described by the councillor like a "gastronomic market", and he is convinced that it will be "an attraction of our city" to attract tourists and neighbors who seek to enjoy the "appetizing menus" that offer "these authentic chefs of the trucks. A delicatessen that they make with care and affection ". At Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Benidorm, mobile restaurants "of all styles and gastronomic varieties to suit all palates" will be concentrated.

Dani Luque, for his part, informed that the fair will remain open on Friday until 01.00 in the morning; Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Sunday it will open at 12.00 noon until 11.00 p.m. The president of the members of the clubs also indicated that the gastronomic offer will be complemented by numerous "free activities" such as "live music, DJ performances and children's activities on Sunday". Luque highlighted the showiness of this Fair of 'Foodtrucks' that is characterized "by offering meals prepared at the moment in the vintage trucks" that from Friday will remain parked in front of the City Hall.
