One more year, Espai Jove reopens its doors of the Youth Information Center of Benidorm City Council. This has been announced today by the Councilor for Youth, Jaime Jesús Pérez, in a press conference.
On this occasion, Espai Jove participate in the activity 'Activem els coles', “the program - the councilor pointed out - in which the local government has been working in recent months for the design, programming and organization of activities according to the new reality because of Covid-19. Compliance with the hygiene, health and capacity security protocols established by the health authorities has been taken into account "at all times".
With Espai Jove, young people in Benidorm are provided with “a place” where, in addition to being able to do their homework “with the support and help of monitors, it serves as a meeting point”. The activities are scheduled monthly. The Department will publish posters and hand brochures and the information will be published on the City Council website (www.benidorm.org) and on its social networks.
Among the activities to be highlighted, Jaime Jesús Pérez has pointed out the German and English learning workshops "and other monthly aimed at young parents" that cover such important topics as first aid, nutrition, education in values and others.
Attendance at Espai Jove is completely free. Qualified monitors provide advice and information to young people at their premises. Minors participating for the first time must present an authorization signed by their parents or guardians, the form can be collected at the Youth Information Center.
