The councilor of Urban Planning of Benidorm participates in a presentation within the IV Congress of Valencian Lawyers

The Councilor for Urban Planning of Benidorm City Council, Lourdes Caselles, has represented the city at the IV Congress of Valencian Lawyers held these days in Valencia, where she has also been the protagonist of a presentation titled 'Current reality of urban planning in the Valencian Community'. In it, she shared a table with José María Baño León, professor of Administrative Law and lawyer.

During her intervention, Lourdes Caselles addressed aspects such as the deadlines for the approval of urban plans and programs, especially in the matter of licenses and responsible declarations, focusing on the excessive regulations that exist at the state and regional level, and the bureaucracy that slows down excessive compliance with deadlines by the Public Administration.
