The City Council opens registration this Tuesday for summer sports courses, which begin on June 23

Benidorm City Council's Sports Department has announced the opening of registration for summer sports courses for 2025. The activities will begin on Monday, June 23rd and run until August 14th, with numerous courses aimed at audiences of all ages. The Councillor for the department, Javier Jordá, indicated that the registration period to participate in the sports schools will open at 9:00 a.m. this Tuesday, June 3rd, for those registered in Benidorm; while those not registered in the city can sign up a week later, starting on Monday, June 9th.
The organized activities will include aquagym for young people and adults; swimming for children, adults, and people with disabilities; multi-sport activities for schoolchildren; beach gymnastics for adults; and sea kayaking for adults and children, as Javier Jordá pointed out, stating that it is "a very varied offering that meets the demands of our citizens," complementing other public and private summer camps and schools organized in the city. Among them, the councillor noted, "are those scheduled by the various sports clubs in collaboration with the City Council, which include soccer, beach volleyball, cable ski, handball, tennis, and sailing."
Those registered in Benidorm can register at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, either in person or online. For those not registered can also be completed in these two ways, but starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 9.
Online registration will be done through this link https://deportesbenidorm.deporsite.net/inscripcion-actividades
In-person registrations can be completed at the City Council's Sports Department, at the five Municipal Administrative Offices, and the Sports Palace.
The City Council's Sports Department reminds everyone that registration for any in-person course can only be completed by the interested party and, in the case of minors, by the parent, a family member, or an adult representing them. An identification document for the person taking the course must be presented; if the person registering is a minor and does not have their identification, the parent's or legal guardian's identification document must be submitted. In-person registrations with proof of payment will only be completed when the required documentation and payment are submitted to the City Council offices where the registration was made. If these conditions are not met within five days of registration, the registered student will be dropped.
Those interested can find all the information regarding ages, fees, schedules, and locations for each course, as well as other related information, at the following link on the municipal website:
