The eighth edition of Skyline Benidorm Film Festival, BSFF, has ended with the traditional closing gala in which the award-winning professionals and actors were announced.

The Assembly Hall of the Benidorm City Council hosted the event which was attended, with full capacity, by the Councilor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez; the first deputy mayor, Ana Pellicer; and other members of the corporation who have shown their presence the institutional support for a festival that “gets better every year,” said the culture councillor.

Jaime Jesús Pérez has thanked the work carried out by the festival's organisation and, "especially", that of its director who has turned the event "into a great festival." The councillor has reiterated the "total support" of the municipal institution for the event "next year and all those who come."

For her part, Bea Hernández has described the level of the works presented in 2024 as “very high” and was proud “to be able to contribute” to the dissemination and recognition of the short film. Hernández did not miss the opportunity to thank the City Council, sponsors and the public for their support, showing that “Benidorm is a city that is committed to culture and cinema.” Finally, she has announced that they are already working on the 2025 edition in which they hope to “continue surprising with new proposals and an even more complete program.”
