Benidorm plans health, security and traffic devices for Easter and the start of events

Benidorm City Council is already preparing for Easter and for the different leisure, cultural, sporting and festive events that will take place on those days and which, in the case of musicals, will mark the beginning of the season of events and festivals. For this reason, this morning a meeting was held to plan the health and security devices for citizens and traffic that will operate in the different events and in which the councilor for Citizen Security, Lorenzo Martínez, participated; the councillor of Mobility, José Ramón González de Zárate, the councillor responsible for Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles; the lieutenant of the Civil Guard; the chief inspectors of the National Police Force; responsible for the Local Police; representatives of Civil Protection and the Red Cross; and the technicians from the areas of Security, Mobility, Events and Fiestas.
Depending on the characteristics, venues, attendees and / or itineraries, the devices that will work in Fallas have been established, during the processions of Easter, in the festival Con Mucho Arte, in the performance A Wamba Buluba, in the qualifying matches for the European Under-19 Championship of soccer and in Benidorm Cup, among others.
In addition, progress has also been made in the first planning of the most multitudinous events to be held throughout the year, such as the major music festivals, or the street parties established in the agreement with Ociobal.
